Overview

DIT Studio provides Interior Design, Interior Works, and Customized Furniture services. Due to the customized and project-based nature of our services, refund terms vary by service category.

Interior Design Services

  • Design fees are non-refundable once design work has started.
  • If the client cancels before design work begins, up to 50% of the paid design fee may be refunded after deducting administrative costs.
  • Revisions are provided as per the agreed scope. Requests beyond scope will be treated as additional services.

Interior Works (Execution)

  • Payments made for completed work stages are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled mid-way, costs incurred for labor, materials, site preparation, and third-party services will be deducted from any refundable balance.
  • No refunds will be issued for work already executed or materials already procured.

Customized Furniture

  • Customized furniture orders are strictly non-refundable once production has started.
  • If cancellation occurs before production begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting design and processing costs.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to material nature are not grounds for refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds are made through the original payment method where possible.
