Welcome to DIT Studio (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By using our website https://ditstudio.com.bd and making any purchases or service bookings, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

DIT Studio is an interior design and home improvement company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We provide interior design services, consultation, procurement of materials, and related services. These Terms govern all transactions made through our website.

2. Payment Policy

All online payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a secure payment gateway service operated by Software Shop Limited (SSL).
DIT Studio accepts payments via credit card, debit card, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and internet banking through SSLCommerz.
Upon placing a service order or making a payment, you authorize DIT Studio and SSLCommerz to process the transaction on your behalf.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Confirmation

A booking or order is confirmed only after successful payment verification by SSLCommerz.
DIT Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline any order/service request at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be initiated.
Confirmation details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Chargeback Policy

In the event of a disputed transaction, DIT Studio will cooperate fully with SSLCommerz and the respective bank to resolve the matter.
Chargebacks can be initiated by your bank within 180 days of the transaction date.
Customers must contact DIT Studio directly before initiating a chargeback to allow for resolution.
Any fraudulent or invalid chargeback claims will be disputed with appropriate documentation.

5. Prohibited Transactions

DIT Studio does not engage in any activity that is illegal or prohibited under the laws of the Government of Bangladesh.
Any transaction identified as suspicious or fraudulent will be reported to SSLCommerz and relevant authorities.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Customer information collected during payment is handled securely by SSLCommerz.
DIT Studio does not store your card or bank account details on our servers.
Your personal data (name, contact, address) is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, and proposals prepared by DIT Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Customers may not reproduce or share design materials without written permission from DIT Studio.

8. Limitation of Liability

DIT Studio’s liability is limited to the value of the confirmed service or payment made. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
